Luis Pollorena
Owner/Coach/Instructor
Luis, a former Division 1 athlete from Mississippi State University, competed in the Men's College World Series in 2013. Drafted by the Texas Rangers, he played in the minors for 4 years and later coached hitting and fielding for the Cincinnati Reds in 2017. With experience coaching all ages and positions, Luis’s 10u-14u select teams have earned 5 Perfect Game tournament wins. Contact Luis at 956-285-7379.

Seth, a former Division 1 athlete from Texas Southern University, boasted three conference championships and regional appearances at Texas A&M, LSU, and UT. With experience coaching players of all ages and positions, his 11u team recently clinched the Perfect Game Beaumont World Series title. Seth at 713-295-0446.

Jose Salgar
Coach/Instructor
Jose Salgar is a former college baseball player who competed at Texas College and brings over 20 years of coaching experience to the game. He has worked with athletes ranging from age six through high school and has helped multiple players continue their baseball careers at the collegiate level. His coaching philosophy centers on long-term player development, mental toughness, and building daily discipline—both on and off the field.
Eric Cuevas
Coach/Instructor
Eric, with 20 years of playing experience and 3 years coaching, honed his skills at Alvin Community College and Kansas Labette Junior College. Mentored by World Series champions Charlie Hayes and Mike Jackson, he brings expertise to all ages and positions. Eric has coached 9u-13u teams in Perfect Game tournaments.

Former collegiate catcher with playing experience at Alvin Community College (NJCAA Division I), Macomb Community College (NJCAA Division II), and Wayne State University after earning three varsity letters at Kempner High School. Brings 10+ years of experience as a baseball and softball hitting, fielding, and catching instructor, along with five years as a travel softball head coach at the 12U-16U levels. Passionate about developing fundamentally sound, confident athletes while helping players reach their full potential. Coach Sean currently has several students committed to play softball at the collegiate level.
